These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“Participant,” “Member,” or “You”) and Women and Money Inc., regarding your participation in the Women and Money Collective program.
By joining the Women and Money Collective, you agree to the following terms:
1. Program Overview
The Women and Money Collective is a 10-month business and financial support program for women entrepreneurs. It includes:
- Two (2) live 60-minute calls per month
- Access to tools, worksheets, and resources
- Participation in live discussions, interactive sessions, and peer sharing
Participation is personal and non-transferable.
2. Program Access
You will have access to:
- Live group calls (held via Zoom at 12:00 PM Pacific on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month)
- Replays and worksheets provided by Women and Money Inc.
- Community-led discussions and coaching elements
Access to materials may be time-limited and is subject to the duration of the program.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
If you are a paying member:
- Fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan.
- There are no refunds after the program has started, except in extreme cases of documented hardship and at the discretion of Women and Money Inc.
If you are participating as a guest or scholarship recipient, you agree to show up and participate to the best of your ability.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, templates, and materials provided by Women and Money Inc. are protected under intellectual property law. You may not:
- Reproduce, share, or resell any materials
- Use the content in your own business offerings or trainings
- Post templates, checklists, or tools in public forums or shared client portals
Materials are for your personal use only in your own business.
5. Community Conduct
You agree to participate respectfully and constructively. This includes:
- Maintaining confidentiality (see separate Confidentiality & Privacy Agreement)
- Refraining from harmful, judgmental, or disruptive behavior
- Honoring others’ time, space, and stories
Women and Money Inc. reserves the right to remove members who violate these standards—without refund.
6. Disclaimer
This program provides educational and coaching support, not legal, accounting, or financial advisory services.
You remain solely responsible for your own financial decisions and business operations.
There is no guarantee of earnings or outcomes.
7. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with the Women and Money Collective’s Privacy Policy and Confidentiality Agreement. We take your privacy seriously and store your data securely.
8. Changes and Updates
Women and Money Inc. may make changes to these Terms and the program structure as needed to improve the experience. You will be notified of any significant updates.
