To create a strong community that supports every woman entrepreneur here, we ask that you agree to the following:
✅ Respect the Circle
- What is shared in the Collective stays in the Collective. Always.
- No gossip, judgment, or criticism of another member’s decisions, finances, or business model.
- Give everyone space to share without interruption or unsolicited advice.
✅ Participate With Purpose
- Attend the calls you committed to (1st & 3rd Wednesdays @ 12PM PT).
- Share your voice when something resonates—your story matters.
- Use the tools and templates provided; take action when you can.
✅ Protect Confidentiality
- Do not share screenshots, replays, or materials with non-members.
- Respect all members’ privacy—financial and personal.
- Breaches of confidentiality may result in removal from the program.
✅ Support Without Selling
- This is not a place to pitch your services.
- If someone asks you for help outside the Collective, great—but no cold pitching or promotional comments.
- Celebrate others genuinely. Collaborate only when it’s invited and mutual.
🚫 Zero Tolerance For:
- Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory language
- Financial shaming or judgment
- Breaching confidentiality or sharing others’ experiences without consent
- Repackaging or reselling the tools or templates from the Collective
📍 Violations
Women and Money Inc. reserves the right to:
- Remove a member from the program without refund for violating these guidelines
- Revoke access to materials or future events if necessary
- Escalate concerns in cases of legal or reputational risk
